A few things worth knowing before you reach out.
What if I need more revisions?
Landing includes 1 revision, Starter includes 2, Professional includes 5, and Premium includes 10. Additional revisions are scoped and quoted separately.
Can you help with hosting and my domain?
Your package includes domain connection and hosting setup support for the stated period. Hosting and domain fees, along with renewal terms, are confirmed before the agreement.
What SEO work is included?
Every package includes basic meta tags and semantic page structure. Premium also includes SEO and analytics tool integration.
Will my website look like other sites using the same template?
We adapt the logo, type, colors, imagery, and copy to your business. The amount of layout customization depends on the package you choose.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Technical support is included for the period listed in your package. After that, you can continue with a Care plan for maintenance and updates.
Can you add features that are not in the template?
Yes. Website features such as booking, payments, member accounts, admin pages, inquiry forms, product management, data connections, search, filters, and multiple languages can be scoped to your project. We will confirm the work and quote after reviewing the requirements.
Can you build a custom website without a template?
Yes. We can adapt a listed template or plan a new website around your goals and service structure. We will review the industry, features, and operating needs before confirming the scope and direction.
Can you provide a contract and tax invoice?
Yes. For business customers in Korea, we prepare a standard contract before work begins and can issue an electronic tax invoice. VAT is charged separately. We will confirm the documents needed before the project starts.
